We’ll make some very tasty Asian-inspired dishes with a fresh summery feel. First up is Larb Tofu, a plant-based version of my favourite traditional northern Thai / Laos dish, followed by a multi-faceted tropical dessert with lots of fragrant fruit. These two dishes give us the chance to explore a range of interesting techniques and delicious flavours.
